We will also be sunsetting the Vizify service."Let's be honest, it's never nice to hear that a service you love is going to close (I shed a tear over Google Latitude), but I have to be honest, this one really stings.
Other services were just things I used, I invested in Vizify.
Now, just to be clear, I'm not talking stock here. I'm talking account fees, and perhaps more importantly, advocacy.
Vizify has stated they'll be refunding every cent that I gave them. Great...but you can't give me back what I gave you. We had a relationship, I supported you, and you have abandoned me.
The fact that you've done it with a company that, let's face it, actually doesn't have the greatest reputation in this (or actually any) field, just makes it stick in my throat that little bit more.
This is really starting to feel like a bad breakup. You feel it's time to move, and I'm not ready to.
To those behind Vizify, I [genuinely] hope that what you're moving toward is greater than what you have left behind. But I also hope that you're acutely aware of what you've lost.
